Volunteer Opportunity

Hello friends,

Once again, it's been a fun and exciting campaign season. We've dropped thousands of pieces of literature, knocked on hundreds of doors, put up lots of yard signs, and picked up some momentum. We're going to keep things going with a campaign rally and fundraiser hosted by Philip Hodson in Bedford on October 17th. We'd love to see you there, where we can tell you more about what's going on! Details are at the end of this email.

This is going to be a close race. Without straight ticket voting, it's more important then ever to build name recognition and share the voting record that's been built over the last two years. Fortunately, we have been blessed with great volunteers and generous donors, special people who have made this remarkable campaign possible. We have a very good chance to win this re-election campaign - let's not let that chance get away from us! If you can, please attend our rally Oct. 20. There will be food, beer, inspirational campaign discussion, and kids are very welcome.

If you want to help the campaign, but can't attend the rally, please contact me to find out about volunteer opportunities. If you can hold signs on Nov. 4th, or would like to help with any of our other activities, let us know!

I've been honored to serve in Concord for the last two years. Freedom and liberty need more voices there - with your help, I'll be able to accomplish even more the next two years.

Many, many thanks,

Joel Winters

Campaign Rally Details for October 17, 2008

The event will take place on October 17 from 7:00 to 10:00 in the event hall at Philip Hodson's apartment complex in Bedford. Directions are pretty easy. From Manchester, head south on Route 3 towards Merrimack. Take a left onto Hawthorne Drive. The complex is on the left, but we're asked to park on Hawthorne Drive. Look for the Joel Winters signs and you'll know you're in the right place. Please RSVP by calling or emailing me by Wednesday night. A suggested donation of $20 will help the campaign mail postcards to an additional 50 households. Campaign contributions can always be made at Act Blue
